Terms of service

When you submit an order, please provide accurate contact and delivery details. We’ll contact you to confirm your order and any delivery charge that has not been determined at checkout. An order is subject to product availability and confirmation by Azariah’s Collection.

Product images are provided to show the style of each item. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur between screens and the physical product. Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise.

These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Exchanges & refunds

Purchases are non-refundable for change of mind or preference. We offer exchanges when you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange so we can help with the next steps.

Shipping

• Within Nairobi: delivery is KES 350.
• Outside Nairobi: the delivery fee varies by destination.

For destinations outside Nairobi, we’ll contact you with the delivery details and exact fee before dispatch. If your delivery location is within Nairobi, the KES 350 fee is included in the order total.

Privacy & cookies

We use the name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, and answer questions. Newsletter sign-ups are used to send store updates; you can ask us to stop by contacting us.

We use service providers to host the store and process its data. We do not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies and browser storage support site functions and remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. Admin sign-in uses secure session cookies.
